• Upload audio that contains human speech intended to be misidentified as pet sounds
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to overload the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by us.
• You retain ownership of audio you upload.
• By uploading audio, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI services for the purpose of generating your translation.
• AI-generated translations are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.
• Shared translations (via share link) become publicly accessible until you delete them.

7. User-Generated Content

• You may choose to make translation results public via share links.
• Public translations may be indexed by search engines.
• You are solely responsible for any content you make public.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated translations
• Any decisions made based on the Service's output
• Any veterinary or medical consequences from relying on translation results

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Cloudflare, Google, analytics providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
